1. Information We Collect

We collect contact information you provide voluntarily — name, company, email, phone, country, and the content of your inquiry message — when you submit our contact form, request a catalog, or email us.

We also collect technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location at the city level. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates or device identifiers beyond what your browser provides.

2. How We Use Your Information

To reply to your inquiries and provide quotations, samples, and product information. To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and required invoice documents.

To analyze aggregated traffic patterns and improve site content (no individual profiling). To comply with legal obligations such as tax, customs, and export records. To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers or use it to build advertising audiences.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following processors. Each acts under contract and processes data only as instructed:

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — anonymized usage analytics with IP anonymization. Google Ads (Google LLC, USA) — conversion measurement only; no remarketing audiences.

Tawk.to (USA) — embedded chat widget; if you open it, your message is stored by Tawk.to. Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery for inquiry replies. Cloudflare (USA) — site hosting, including Workers, D1 database, and R2 storage.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies store language preference and session security. They are always on.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) measure aggregated traffic. You may opt out via your browser settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.

Advertising cookies for Google Ads conversion tracking are set only if you arrive via a Google ad. We do not use third-party retargeting cookies.

5. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU or UK (GDPR), California (CCPA), or China (PIPL), you have the right to: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@langdeng-sanitary.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for 3 years from last contact, then deleted or anonymized.

Order and invoice records are retained for 10 years to comply with Chinese accounting and tax law.

Website analytics are retained per Google Analytics 4 default (14 months).

7. International Transfers

We are based in China. When you contact us, your data is transferred to and processed in China and the United States (Cloudflare, Google, Resend, Tawk.to). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable and apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

8. Children’s Privacy

This is a B2B manufacturing website. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for 30 days.
