How long does the custom sample take?

Sample production takes 10-20 days after design confirmation. We provide detailed 2D/3D drawings before sample production begins. Sample cost is refundable upon bulk order placement.

Can you add our brand logo to the products?

Yes. We offer logo engraving on the cabinet body, printed logos on countertops, branded packaging with your company identity, and custom product cards/manuals. All branding options are included in our OEM service.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept AutoCAD (.dwg), SketchUp, 3D Max, PDF technical drawings, or even detailed sketches with dimensions. Our engineering team can also create drawings based on your concept description.
