SS Sheet Cutting

CNC laser cutting of SUS 304 stainless steel sheets to precise dimensions. Tolerance ±0.5mm.

Bending & Forming

CNC press brake bending creates cabinet panels, shelves, and structural components with precise angles.

Welding

TIG/MIG welding joins components into rigid cabinet bodies. Weld seams are ground smooth for seamless finish.

Grinding & Polishing

Multi-stage grinding and polishing removes welding marks and prepares surfaces for finishing treatment.

Surface Treatment

PVD coating, lacquer spraying, wood grain lamination, or sintered stone bonding — applied per design specification.

Assembly

Countertop mounting, basin integration, hardware installation (soft-close hinges, drawer slides), and final fitting.

Quality Inspection

12-point inspection checklist: dimensions, finish quality, hardware function, water test, packaging integrity.

Packing & Shipping

Reinforced carton + foam protection + pallet packaging. Container loading supervision for export shipments.
