Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LANGDENG website (langdeng-sanitary.com) or placing an order with Foshan Langdeng Sanitary Ware Factory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

All products are manufactured to order. Specifications, dimensions, and finishes are governed by the written quotation or proforma invoice confirmed by both parties. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product line. Custom OEM/ODM orders are governed by a separate manufacturing agreement.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD on an EXW Foshan basis unless otherwise stated, and are valid for 30 days from the quotation date.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Bespoke terms may be agreed in writing.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at handover to the freight forwarder or carrier, per the agreed Incoterms. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party logistics providers after handover.

5. Quality and Claims

Products are inspected before shipment. Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographic evidence. We will replace defective items or issue credit at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, product designs, logos — is the property of Foshan Langdeng Sanitary Ware Factory and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langdeng is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See the Privacy Policy link in the footer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Foshan, Guangdong Province, or by arbitration as mutually agreed.
